About Uwase
Younger children are seen through play and drawing rather than sitting across a desk. Teenagers are seen alone, with a short parent conversation at the start and end — and they are told in advance exactly what I will and will not repeat.
The first appointment is with the parents only, without the child, so we can talk freely about what changed and when.
How I work
- Parent-only intake session, then four sessions with the child before any conclusion.
- Play-based work for under-11s; talking therapy from about 12.
- A one-page summary for the school only if you ask for it.
