A directory that shows the diary, not a contact form.

Why we built it

Every practitioner listed here runs an independent practice. They are excellent at the work and, quite reasonably, less interested in answering the phone during a session. The result is that good clinicians look unreachable and clients give up.

So we did not build another enquiry form. Each specialist keeps their diary in SmartMobileSuite on their phone, and this website reads from that same diary. A slot shown here is a slot open there — and the moment somebody takes it, on the website or in the app, it disappears from both.

How booking works

1. Choose a serviceOpen Specialists in the menu and pick the category that fits. Each one lists everybody practising in it.
2. Read before you bookEvery profile says how that person works, what they cost, which languages they consult in, and what happens in a first session. That page is written by the practitioner, not by us.
3. Take a real slotThe day strip shows how many times are open in the next two weeks. Choose one, leave a phone number, done — no deposit.
4. They confirmThe appointment lands in the practitioner's app within seconds. You get a reminder the day before; changes are free up to twelve hours ahead.

What we check before listing someone

• A current licence with the relevant Rwandan professional council, verified at listing and re-checked yearly.
• Qualifications seen in original, and the credentials shown on the profile match them exactly.
• Professional indemnity cover in force.
• A named route for complaints — to us, and to the council. We publish it rather than mediate quietly.
• Fees stated up front. A price on a profile is the price at the appointment.

What we are not

We are not a clinic and we do not employ anybody listed here. We take no cut of the consultation fee, so nobody is ranked higher for paying more — the order you see is by availability. And this is not an emergency service: if someone is in danger, go to the nearest hospital or call 912.
